Terms & Conditions By paying and signing this invoice, you are granting permission to Holt's Reliable Garage Door Repair, LLC to take and use photographs of any repair work we completed on the garage door and/or garage door operator on your property in publications, advertisements, on social media, and in other communications related to the mission of Holt's Reliable Garage Door Repair LLC. Thank You.

 *If you would like to opt out of having photographs taken of the garage door and/or garage door opener on your property for use of any type, please contact our office.* Warranties: All warranties cover ONLY manufacturer/installation defects. For Door Orders: Deposit shall be refunded if cancellation is received in writing within 72 hours of signed contract. Deposit shall be considered non-refundable, thereafter. Customer Supplied Parts: Customer is responsible for any payment related to parts supplied by customer (ie. installation, any future labor) as Holt's Reliable Garage Door Repair LLC provides NO warranty for these circumstances.

 **Holt’s Reliable Garage Door Repair will not perform any other work other than that which is specified herein, including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plaster/wall work, tile work, landscaping, masonry, flooring, roofing, paving, etc., unless specified in writing. Nor is Holt’s Reliable Garage Door Repair responsible for painting or touch-up work to the jams where wood “trim” or wood stop molding must be removed in order to install the materials. Unless otherwise stated, paint, plaster, stucco, and Concrete/paving are the responsibility of Customer.**
